Emergencies:
During Opening Hours
If you have a medical problem which you feel cannot wait until the next routine appointment (usually 48 hours or less), please phone the Practice between 8.00am and 9.30am. Your details will be taken and passed to a doctor who will assess your needs.
All emergencies are seen the same day, during surgery hours, but not always by the doctor of your choice.
Out of Hours
If you feel that you need to see a doctor urgently when the Practice is closed (after 6pm Mon—Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday & public holidays) and that it cannot wait until the next day, phone the Practice and an automated message will guide you.
Please do not phone the Out of Hours service when the Practice is open as your call will be referred back to us.
